An unfortunate tragedy has struck the bodybuilding community with the news that Eddie Von Moger, the younger brother of bodybuilder and Social Media influencer Calum Von Moger, has been found dead in Australia. I send my deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the Von Moger family.

Allegedly, Eddie’s family found a suicide note written by Eddie on Thursday, which led them to report him missing. Eddie’s abandoned pickup truck was found by the beach, with the door open. It is believed that Eddie took his own life by jumping off a cliff into the sea. His body was discovered five days later, washed up on the shore. It takes around three to five days for a body to wash up if someone jumps off a cliff due to the body filling up with water before eventually floating to the surface.

The news of Eddie’s death came as a shock to the bodybuilding community, who have expressed their condolences to the Von Moger family. I urge anyone who is struggling with their mental health to seek help and to talk to someone they trust. I personally lost a close friend to suicide when I was younger. It was very difficult. However, these tragedies can be avoided if people reach out for help and support.

I am very concerned about Eddie’s brother, Calum Von Moger, who has battled his own drug addiction and mental health struggles in the past. I worry that the loss of his brother may trigger a relapse, and I urge Calum to stay strong and to seek support if he needs it.

The tragic news of Eddie Von Moger’s death has sent shockwaves through the bodybuilding community. If you are experiencing mental health and negative thoughts, please seek help and support. There is always hope and reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
