The “Boss Lady”, Darielle Singerman, owner of RedCon1 fitness supplements sold her waterfront mansion in Boca Raton, Florida for $10.2 million dollars shortly after her husband’s release from federal prison. RedCon1 is one of the largest fitness supplement brands in the United States. They are also owners of RedCon1 Gym. Her husband was the source of major legal controversy earlier this year.

In January, her husband Aaron Singerman pleaded guilty to federal charges of conspiring to sell illegal steroids under a different supplement brand he owned, Blackstone Labs. As part of his sentence, Aaron Singerman agreed to pay a fine of $2.9 million dollars for the settlement. He was sentenced to 54 months in prison but after serving less than a third of his sentence, he was released on Dec 1, 2022.

Other than this one estate, Danielle purchase another property last year for $8.7 million dollars. The couple also owns two other homes, one on Sanctuary Lane worth $6 million and another in Delray Beach worth $2.3 million.

4400 Sanctuary Lane, the property Darielle sold is in a gated community with armed guards on land and water. The property was sold to Zhang Family Trust. High profile individuals including NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman reside in the same community. Gary purchased his property last year for $8 million dollars.

During the pandemic, the luxury market in Boca Raton and other areas of Palm Beach County boomed. This was primarily because many people from out of state were moving in, and many corporations relocated to the West Palm Beach area. One of the most popular areas for luxury homes during the pandemic was a gated community called Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club. In October, a waterfront mansion there sold for $25.8 million dollars. A few months later, in November, a spec mansion in the same community sold for $18.6 million dollars.
