IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Iain Valliere retired from bodybuilding this past week and has been making frequent posts about how his weigth is dropping rather quickly. I discuss why this could lead to serious mental issues down the road for Iain who was a bodybuilder for over a decade. As a retired bodybuilder myself , I had to go through these steps the last 8 years. Its not easy.
