IFBB Professional bodybuilder Iain Valliere retires from bodybuilding after competing for over a decade. But why did he do it now? 10 weeks out from the biggeest show of his career. The Mr.Olympia was expected to be one of the most competitive shows in years. We have a ton of new talent coming up and I think Iain realized at 32 years old he can’t compete with these guys anymore. I share my insight on why he did it now and what he can expect from retiring. The journey has only begun for him. This will be more challenging then any contest prep.
