Seth Feroce is an IFBB Pro bodybuilder and business owner. He runs Axe and Sledge supplements day to day but also has a love and passion for bodybuilding. It has been 5 years since he launched his supplement brand and now wants to put his health first for the first time in a long time. He talks about the daily struggles that most people have with finding balance in their life. Seth’s new goal is to get into the best shape of his life and he wants to share it with his fans and supporters.

Seth Feroce sets the bar really high for himself, which is why he’s been so successful in anything he has done, so clearly, whatever he’s doing is working. Setting the bar high for yourself really pushes you to be your best, which is what his message is really about. It’s not about him being hard on himself or not being in shape, but instead it’s about him setting expectations and making sure he exceeds them. Everyone needs to have a goal, and push themselves to achieve it. Now that Seth is retired, it’s very hard to find motivation to stay in shape, until he changes his mindset.

As far as balance goes, when you’re trying to achieve something great, if your career revolves around health and fitness, you have to make time for yourself, which is the second most important thing behind chasing your goals.

Just like Seth, I believe I was created to be a bodybuilder, and leaving bodybuilding and replacing it with something else and fixing my health was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. Bodybuilding, contacts, and opportunities all came very easily, so replacing them was very hard. However, it is amazing to have this opportunity to do what I do now. For me, what I do now blows away bodybuilding. I believe everyone can find that thing to replace it with, if they really want to and work for it.

When Seth gets back in shape, he’s going to be training hard, dieting, and being disciplined with what he has to do. Once he hits that switch, his whole body will change and remember it and we will see the old Seth back. He’s going to have to put the work in and work a little harder since he’s older now.
