Nick Walker and Shaun Clarida are two of the most impressive bodybuilders in the sport as of today. Nick Walker is known for his incredible symmetry and proportions, as well as his impressive stage presence. He has won multiple competitions, including the Arnold Classic, and is considered to be one of the best bodybuilders in the world. Shaun Clarida is also a top-level competitor, known for his incredible conditioning and shredded physique. He has won multiple shows and is considered to be one of the top bodybuilders in the world as well.

Together, Nick and Shaun are a force to be reckoned with and are sure to impress in any competition they take part in. Their dedication to the sport is unmatched, and they are a true inspiration to many. In this video, you’ll get a glimpse of their training, diet, and lifestyle, and you will be able to see firsthand what it takes to become a top level competitive bodybuilder.

In the video, Flex Lewis speaks about when he was number two in the world. Flex says he would do all the shows he could compete in because he knew that the number one guy wouldn’t be there to beat him. This is exactly what Nick Walker is doing this year, as Nick placed 3rd in the 2022 Olympia and is going to the Arnold now. Derek Lunsford and Hadi Choopan aren’t going to be at the Arnold, so this should be an easy win for Nick. Shaun, however, is going from the 212 category to open, which is foreign territory for him. Shaun has never done a pro show in the open class at this top level. Shaun is going to have his plate full this year with Nick, Bonak, Samson, and the rest of this year’s 2023 Arnold Classic lineup.

Shaun is an amazing bodybuilder, but in the 212 category he is approximately 80 lbs lighter than Nick Walker. Nick is 260 plus on stage at 5 ‘6 and Shaun is roughly 180 at 5’ 1-5 ‘2. This is a huge discrepancy in size and Nick’s conditioning is just as good if not bigger than Shauns. I believe Nick Walker came into the Arnold even heavier than what he was at the Olympia, which was 250-260 lbs now that he filled back out.

If Shaun ends up winning the Arnold, I believe the 212 category is going to dissolve right before our eyes. If these guys are able to beat open category bodybuilders, then why do we have the 212 class in the first place?
