The bodybuilding world is abuzz with rumors about Big Ramy’s future in the sport of bodybuilding. After losing to competitors he should have beaten at the Arnold Classic, many are wondering if the two-time Mr. Olympia champion will ever compete again. Bob Ciccarello made a video discussing Big Ramy’s career and what he should do moving forward. A lot of comments which I absolutely disagree with.

Big Ramy burst onto the bodybuilding scene in 2013, winning the New York Pro and shaking up the bodybuilding landscape. He went on to compete in the Mr. Olympia competition, where he did well, but was unable to beat 7-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath. However, after years of hard work and constant improvement, Big Ramy went on to win two Mr. Olympia titles.

Now, however, the bodybuilding scene is changing. New competitors like Nick Walker, Hadi Choopan, and Derek Lunsford are pushing Big Ramy to his limits. The judges may be changing their tastes, and flaws in Big Ramy’s physique are becoming more obvious. Despite his dedication to the sport, it seems that Big Ramy may not be what the judges are looking for anymore.

Bob Ciccarello believes that Big Ramy should take a year off to heal his body and revamp his physique. However, I believe it’s up to Big Ramy to decide if he wants to keep competing. If he does, he should take the time to heal and come back with a revamped physique. However, he may still struggle to compete with the younger, hungrier competition.

Overall, the bodybuilding world is unsure about what the future holds for Big Ramy. Stem cell treatments may be his last chance to heal his body and make a comeback, but there are no guarantees. Regardless of what happens, Big Ramy will always be remembered as a two-time Mr. Olympia champion who pushed himself to the limit and left an indelible mark on the sport.
