The world of bodybuilding is buzzing with excitement as the 2023 Mr. Olympia competition is drawing near. One of the biggest talking points is the potential of Samson Dauda to win the prestigious competition. Samson just won the Arnold Classic after a shocking upset last month. Samson’s coach, Milos Sarcev, recently spoke about his preparation for the Arnold Classic and his future plans leading up to the 2023 Olympia.

Milos mentioned that Samson has improved significantly since the Olympia, and he is now a major contender for the Olympia title. However, he also stressed the importance of maintaining Samson’s waist size, as his X-frame and V-taper are critical components of his physique. Milos also mentioned that Samson needs to improve his back, rear double, and rear lat spread to be a serious contender for the title.

However, some bodybuilding legends have controversially claimed that Samson can win the entire Olympia. Rich Gaspari, a former professional bodybuilder, stated that Samson had better conditioning and more dense, hard muscle than Nick Walker. Milos and other experts disagreed with Gaspari’s statements, but the comments generated a lot of debate in the bodybuilding community. I do not see eye to eye with these individuals.

While I certainly acknowledge Samson’s incredible physique, Samson needs to improve certain body parts, and he may not necessarily win the Olympia this year. Competitors such as Derek Lunsford and Hadi Choopan would be tough competition for Samson, especially from the back. This year’s Olympia is full of such high-caliber competitors and Samson would need to make considerable improvements in order to win the title.

Overall, the bodybuilding world is eagerly anticipating the 2023 Mr. Olympia competition, where the top athletes will battle it out for the ultimate prize. While Samson is considered a top contender, he will need to improve certain body parts and maintain his waist size to have a shot at the title. Only time will tell who will emerge victorious in this exciting competition.
